Mr. Slone is an electrical engineer with nearly two decades of experience in data processing and industrial electronics. A private engineering consultant, his clients have included DuPont, Champion International and Ralston Purina. Mr. Slone also served as a former college instructor.

Mr. Slone is the Design Consultant at ZUS Audio Inc. and is the brainchild of the ZUS Audio Engine™. Mr. Slone's brilliant and revolutionary designs have ushered in a new standard for audio excellence, which is showcased in the ZUS Audio Engine™. With the booming trend towards packaged solutions for audio engineers, the art of analogue audio design is rapidly disappearing.

Many "high-end" audio products are incorporating Integrated Circuits (ICs) in their designs rather than attempting to construct a solution from the ground-up using discrete components. The reason is there are few, if any, engineers today with the understanding and knowledge-base of how to build discrete high-performance analogue audio equipment.

Most audio equipment manufacturers are forced to rely on incorporating off-the-shelf ICs in their products. It is common now to see Operational Amplifiers (OP-AMPs) being used in virtually every piece of audio equipment. The performance of an audio ICs is sonically inferior to a properly designed discrete topology.

However, with virtually no one available to design a high-performance discrete audio amplifier or pre-amplifier, most manufacturers have no option but to use readily available, off-the-shelf audio ICs. The result is most IC-based audio equipment can never fully deliver true High Definition Audio.

Mr. Slone is one of the few gifted master analogue audio designers on the planet. We are most fortunate to incorporate 100% discrete circuitry in our audio products without using any audio IC chips whatsoever. The result is stunning sonic performance that is unrivaled, regardless of price.

Through ZUS Audio Inc, we are excited to to make available to the world Mr. Slone's unique and extraordinary audio designs.
